SHRP is provided as-is. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes. You may not use it to transcribe content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

free tier

The microphone transcription tool is free to use without any account. We reserve the right to rate-limit usage to prevent abuse.

paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds on partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will make it right.

content

You retain full ownership of all content you transcribe. SHRP does not claim any rights over your transcripts.

Do not upload audio that contains material that is illegal, violates third-party rights, or is intended to harm others.

service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
